The type of personal information we collect

We currently collect and process the following information:

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
  • When placing an order through our online shop
  • When completing our online contact form
We use the information that you have given us in order to satisfy online orders that you may place, to email you about news or special offers, or to allow us to get back in touch with you after you submit a contact form request.

We may share this information with our designated courier so that they know where to deliver your order to and to keep you up-to-date with the order progress.

We do not share your information with any 3rd party other than when required to satisfy an online order. We do not sell or pass on your personal details to any other business, organisation, or individual for the purposes of marketing.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

  2. We have a contractual obligation. We need your personal information to process your online order.
  3. We have a legitimate interest. When you submit a contact form we have a legitimate interest in being able to contact you to answer your query.
We do also track your journey through our website in order to help with site optimisation and to help us improve our services. This data is anonymised, we do not track you outside of our website, and we do not use tracking cookies.


How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored on a secure database on our server. Access to this database is restricted to key personnel and login is protected with two-factor authentication. The website itself is secured with the latest SSL encryption and once your personal information has been submitted it is not possible to access it through the website itself.

We keep your name, address, phone number, and email address for 5 years. We will then dispose of your information by removing it from our secure database.


Your data protection rights

Under data protection law, you have rights including:

  • Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
