We have been celebrating Carer's Week, to show solidarity with the large number of our customers that have cared, often for a long time, for their loved ones.
When we hear from customers about their memorial planting, and about their loved one, it's such an honour.
Carer's Week has its own website, packed full of useful information and support for people offering a caring role at home. They can offer advice on financial issues, health and wellbeing and also signpost to other organisations you may need.
Often people are a 'carer' but don't realise. The definition covers far more people than you might think:
A carer is someone who provides unpaid care and support to a family member or friend who has a disability, illness, mental health condition, addiction, or who needs extra help as they grow older. It isn’t someone who volunteers or is employed to provide support.
Our customer below wanted to share their feedback about now Living Memorial had fitted into their end of life planning. When you buy a tin of our blended soil, it is delivered with instructions and everything you need. We never ask people to send cremated remains to us.
The process is simple and no previous gardening skills are needed. Allowing you to create a living memorial that is unique to you and your loved one.
To all the carers out there, we thank you.
