How to use
Your guide to using Living Memorial
It really is very simple to use Living Memorial – no gardening expertise required!
The first thing to do no matter how you intend to use the product is to mix the Living Memorial and the cremated remains, or ‘ashes’, together.
You can either add the ashes to the RTN blended soil in the container provided or mix them together in a wheelbarrow, bucket, or other suitable container.
FOR USE IN THE GROUND:

STEP 1
Dig a hole at least twice the size of the root ball of the plant or tree. Place the mixture of the RTN blended soil and ashes into the hole, spread evenly along the bottom and water well.
STEP 2
Follow the plant or tree instructions for planting. Top up the hole with normal compost as required and water thoroughly.FOR USE IN A POT OR CONTAINER:

STEP 1
Add the mixture of the RTN blended soil and ashes to twice the amount of potting compost and mix thoroughly.
STEP 2
Put the resulting mixture into the pot or container. Create a well for the plant’s root ball and water well. Follow the plant’s directions for planting and water thoroughly.
PLEASE NOTE:
If your plant requires special growing conditions, such as ericaceous plants, then we recommend using the appropriate compost or standard multi-purpose compost with a suitable additive for best results.
